WePlay Ignored My Appeals About an Unfair Device Suspension
I have been unable to access my WePlay account with ID number 88296479, which I used on my Android device, for approximately 5–6 months because of a device ban. I believe this ban is completely unfair and unjustified.
Even though I did not commit any rule violations, use cheats, or engage in any inappropriate behavior, I believe I was unfairly device-banned due to the influence of my ex-partner and someone who had previously worked as an in-game administrator. After this situation occurred, I contacted the support team, but I did not receive any positive response, and my issue still has not been resolved.
I have invested a significant amount of time and effort into this account over the years, and I can no longer access the progress I worked so hard to build. I request that my device ban be removed immediately and that the necessary actions be taken so I can once again log into my old account with ID number 88296479.
