I am writing to express my extreme frustration with a sudden permanent “UNTRUSTED-DATA (Code 2008)” ban on my WePlay account (ID: 61897***). Not only is my account blocked, but I have also received a device ban, meaning I cannot even open the app or use the service on my Android phone. This occurred without any prior warning or clear explanation of which guideline was violated. This ban was applied approximately five months ago, and since then I have been completely unable to access my account. At the time the ban was applied, I was just playing and joking around with my friends in our usual friend circle. We were only kidding and having fun in the game, and I did not use any cheats, hacks, third‑party tools, or anything that would give me an unfair advantage or break the rules. I have spent a significant amount of time on this platform and have always aimed to be a respectful member of the community. A device‑level permanent ban is a very severe action to take without providing clear proof of a violation or a detailed explanation. I strongly suspect this may be an error in the automated system or a misunderstanding. I have already tried to contact support by email and through the in‑app support system, but I have not received any effective response and the issue remains unresolved. This situation is very disappointing and makes me feel punished without a fair investigation. I kindly request that my account and the related device ban for “UNTRUSTED-DATA / Code 2008” be reviewed carefully once again and that the permanent ban be removed. I am asking for a second chance to continue playing fairly, and I am ready to fully follow all rules and policies of WePlay. I hope you will reconsider this decision, share a clear explanation if there was any misunderstanding, and help me regain access to my account and device so I can continue enjoying WePlay with my friends.
