WePlay Coins Disappeared Twice After Top Up
I don’t understand how WePlay thinks this is acceptable. Look what has been done to me—both my and my CP’s coins are gone because of this issue. Who treats users like this? If you were in my place, would you accept it? This has now happened twice. The first time I ignored it, but not anymore. I top up with my own money, it’s not free, and ending up with nothing is not right. I clearly want my reward now. This has gone too far. At the very least, I deserve the 10,000 red packet. Please return it to me and fix this properly.
