I Face Repeated Unjust Bans on Weplay Games Without Any Explanation

Last week, my Weplay Games account was banned without any explanation or warning. Yesterday, the ban was lifted, and I was finally able to log in again. However, today my account was banned once more, again with no reason provided. My account ID is 317494853.
Before this latest ban, I had two red envelopes in my account, and now I have been completely locked out. I have never violated any rules, so I strongly believe this is a mistake in the system. The only possible reason I can think of is that some unknown players may have falsely reported me.
I reached out to Weplay customer support through the in-app system, but I have not received any response or clarification. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, and if the ban was applied in error, that it be immediately lifted. I also expect my lost access and in-game items to be restored to fully resolve my grievance.
