Weplay Not Reopening My Account After Long Birthday Verification Delay

My Weplay account has been locked for nearly two months under the reason of a “birthday review,” and because of this, I cannot access my account in any way. During this time, I have been unable to play, unable to use my account, and have been experiencing significant inconvenience.

I submitted multiple support requests through the app, but I have received no response at all—no explanation, no request for additional documents, nothing. I also have not been informed why the process is taking so long or when it will be resolved.

The email linked to my account is m*******@gmail.com**, and my player ID is 24690080. I request that the birthday review process be completed immediately and that my account be reopened as soon as possible—or at the very least, that I be given a clear explanation for such a long delay.
