WePlay Android Parental Password Reset Email Not Arriving
On the WePlay Android app, I forgot my parental control password and can no longer log in to my account. I tried all available password reset steps, but I didn’t receive any reset email. The app is fully updated, and my registered email address is a******@gmail.com**.
To resolve the issue, I contacted WePlay customer support, sent a photo of my ID, and explained the situation in detail. However, they only told me to go to Gmail and reset the password there, which I already tried. I never received any password reset email from Gmail, and I’m still unable to access the app.
I had previously made in-app payments, but I’m not currently making any purchases. I’m requesting that my parental password be reset, a new password be assigned, and that faster, more effective support be provided to resolve this issue.
