WePlay Refused to Remove My Ban Without Showing Clear Evidence
I have been actively playing games on WePlay for approximately 3.5 years, and during this time I have spent around $3,125 on the platform. My account number 18880565 was banned yesterday around 12:00 PM for allegedly “violating user rights,” without any prior warning.
I did not engage in any behavior that would violate another user’s rights, and I believe this ban is unfair. When I try to log into my account, I see that it is banned, and since that moment I have been completely unable to use it.
When I contacted the support system, I received a response saying, “The violation you committed has been confirmed, and your ban cannot be lifted.” However, I was not clearly told what I allegedly violated, and I did not commit any such violation. Having an account that I spent so much time, effort, and money on closed in this way has caused me serious frustration and financial loss.
My primary request is for the ban on my account number 18880565 to be removed, my account to be reactivated, and this action, which I believe is unfair, to be reviewed in detail. If the ban cannot be lifted, then I demand a full refund of all the money I have deposited into my account so far.
