I am writing regarding my WePlay account with the in‑game username “NEEDOH_BADDIE!🫪”, which was suddenly banned on Thursday, July 16, 2026, on my iPad. When I tried to log in, I saw a message saying that my account was blocked because of age restrictions. I am 13 years old, turning 14, and I believe this ban was applied by mistake. Before the ban, I had 3,182 gold in my account and I would like both my account and this balance to be restored. I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation apart from the general age‑related message on the login screen, so I am asking you to review my case carefully. My parent/legal guardian supports this request and is available to confirm my age and provide any information you may need. I kindly ask you to recheck the age restriction decision on my account, lift the ban if it was applied incorrectly, and return my access together with my 3,182 gold balance.
