I am writing regarding the permanent ban placed on my WePlay account with the username “theyluvariii,” which I access on my iPhone. My account was banned on the grounds that I was believed to be under the minimum age requirement. I would like to clarify that I am 15 years old, and my date of birth is February 4, 2010. This means I meet WePlay’s stated minimum age requirement of 13 years and above. For this reason, I believe the ban may have been imposed in error, possibly due to false or repeated reports by another user. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that my age be verified if necessary.
