I Got Banned on WePlay After Kicking Out Toxic Users

Hello dear WePlay team, on January 1 around 3:00 AM, I was listening to music in a chat room on WePlay. Two people entered my room and started swearing at each other. I removed both of them from the room, but because they reported the room, my account ended up getting banned as well. I did not use any offensive language or engage in any prohibited behavior. I believe there may have been an automated system error that misinterpreted the situation. I have always followed the community guidelines and tried to create a positive environment. I believe I was unfairly banned, and I kindly request that my account be reviewed and the ban lifted.
