Waplog Banned My Account for Terms of Service Violation

I am a Waplog user and today I suddenly received a message saying that I was banned for violating the Terms of Service (item 5) when I tried to send a message. Until that moment I had only been using the app normally, and the ban message appeared exactly when I attempted to send a message in a chat. I use Waplog on an iPhone with iOS, and my account is registered with the email address **alvinmoremor**@gmail.com**. I have not been informed in detail about which behaviour supposedly violated item 5, and I believe this ban has been applied unfairly or by mistake. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and that this ban be removed. If you believe there was a violation, I also request a clear explanation of which specific action breached item 5 so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
