Unexpected Waplog Ban and No Information About Violation

I have been using Waplog via the mobile application with the account registered to the email address floz***@gmail.com. Today I suddenly discovered that my account has been banned, even though I do not believe I committed any violation of the rules. When I tried to access my account today, I realized I was banned and I had not received any prior warning, notification, or email from Waplog about any alleged violation or restriction. This situation is surprising and upsetting because I want to use the platform within the rules and I am not aware of doing anything wrong. I kindly request that my Waplog account be reviewed and reactivated, and that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for this ban. I would like to continue using my account and also understand what triggered this action so that I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
