I Was Banned On Waplog And Still Cannot Create A New Account

I am writing to complain about my Waplog account being banned without a clear reason and my continued inability to access the service even after attempting to create a new account. Last month, my account was suddenly banned shortly after I set a flower as my profile picture. I did not receive any warning or clear explanation about which rule I may have violated.

After the ban, I deleted the restricted account and tried to open a new one. However, I discovered that I am still effectively banned from the platform and unable to use Waplog at all.

I contacted Waplog support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my access to Waplog be fully restored and that I be allowed to use the service again without restrictions.

I also expect a clear and detailed explanation of why the initial ban was applied so I can understand the issue and avoid similar problems in the future.
