Vodafone Fails to Halt Spam SMS Messages

Ever since I switched to Vodafone, I've been getting messages every day from numbers that start with +49 and +44. Even though I have blocked many numbers on my phone, I keep receiving these messages. I complained before, and Vodafone said they fixed the problem, but it's still happening. I've mentioned the problem in my complaint several times, but it seems like nobody is doing anything about it. I'm really annoyed and unhappy because nothing is being done to solve the problem.
