Problematic SMS from Online Gambling Sites on Vodafone: How to Stop Them!

I requested that Vodafone block betting-related SMS messages from numbers beginning with +44 and +49, but the customer service representatives were unable to assist me. Despite the fact that I am able to block them on my phone, they are still able to send me messages from numbers that are very similar. The customer service representatives at Vodafone say there's nothing they can do. What is the purpose of providing customer service if they are unable to address issues of this nature? I really hope that this problem can be solved quickly.
