The Tone Of Vodafone Cust. Rep. That Tarnishes The Brand Reputation.

On August 20th, 2023, at 19:07, I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the customer representative who identified herself as Sema during my conversation with Vodafone's call center. I am lodging a complaint against the so-called representative. Her manner of speaking, continuous interruptions, insistence on not creating a complaint record, and the use of inappropriate phrases that do not befit the Vodafone brand, such as "That's your opinion, I respect it," have significantly undermined my confidence in the brand. I sincerely hope that Vodafone will reconsider employing such unprofessional individuals who damage the brand's reputation. Otherwise, customers may choose to disassociate themselves from the brand.
