"Bauhaus is deadlocking the return process with the explanation 'the product has not reached our warehouse.' By not accepting online order returns at their stores, they put you into a process that you can never track. It has been exactly 16 days since I handed over the product to the company that came to my door to collect the return. When you reach the call center team, who do nothing but give standard responses, they stall you and say that the product has not yet reached the warehouse. Bauhaus is a company that withholds your money and does not fulfill its legal obligations. Do not enter their doors, do not even visit their website!"
