Vodafone Network Problem

I live in Adana's Cukurova Belediye Evleri neighborhood, which has a Vodafone base station. I have a network signal loss problem whenever there is a power outage. Despite my repeated reports to Vodafone's complaint department, my problem remains unresolved. It is unacceptable to receive responses stating that the problem was not discovered and has been resolved. This is not appropriate behavior for the Vodafone family. As a last resort, I will have to change operators. I respectfully request that Vodafone's technical department contact me immediately to address this matter. The inconvenient lack of network connectivity during power outages affects both my personal and professional life. I hope Vodafone recognizes the importance of quickly resolving this issue and ensuring continuous network coverage in the future.
