FamPay Is Not Compatible With My Vivo 1610 Device

I am using a Vivo 1610 device and for the last two months I have not been able to install the FamPay application. When I try to download or install it, I get a message saying that this app is available for other devices, and it does not allow me to proceed further. I want to use FamPay because it is useful for me in my daily life, but the incompatibility with my current device is preventing me from accessing your services at all. I have not been able to find any alternative way to use FamPay on this phone and I have not yet contacted customer support directly. I request that you either make the FamPay app compatible with the Vivo 1610 device or provide a clear and workable alternative so that I can use your services without having to change my phone.
