Airtel Ruins My Work From Home With Frequent Outages and Billing Issues
Airtel's service has been nothing except a hassle. Regular interruptions have made working from home almost impossible for me, which is particularly taxing around important events like pay cycles. The service has lately been totally down for the previous two days, leaving me disconnected and unable to perform my work efficiently. Besides that, I have been getting mails regarding my bill, which seems like a slap in the face. Since I'm not even receiving the service for which I'm paying, how am I supposed to handle payment? It is far more than annoying. This whole contact has been horrible; the worst I have come across with any supplier. Airtel has to greatly increase customer support and dependability.
