I strongly caution against trusting Venmo with your money. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get my money back... It's ridiculous that there isn't a simpler help option available, also you shouldn’t be able to just go freeze accounts, my everything is in order, all my papers are legal, my work is certified.
