I Can’t Access My Etsy Account or Withdraw My Funds After 6-Month Suspension
Hello, I’ve been selling on Etsy, but my shop was shut down six months ago. I was informed that my funds would be held due to “security reasons” and would be released after the 180-day period. Well, that waiting period has now passed, and I still haven’t received my money.
To make matters worse, I can’t even log in to my account anymore. The platform is supposed to send a security code via SMS, but it never arrives. Without that code, I can’t verify my identity or access my profile, meaning my funds are effectively locked away with no way to reach them.
I’ve tried everything—multiple support requests, emails, and help articles—but nothing works. No one from Etsy has provided a real solution. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a platform that handles financial transactions and claims to support small businesses.
