Voopoo Device Won't Turn On – "Press Fire" Message & Battery Draining Fast

I recently purchased a Voopoo device, and after just two months of use, I am experiencing serious issues. When I try to turn it on, the screen displays "Press Fire", but nothing happens. I need to know what this means and how to fix it.

Additionally, I have noticed that the battery drains extremely fast. A brand-new device should not have such poor battery performance in such a short time. The charger looks decent, but in terms of quality and durability, it is disappointing.

I need immediate support to resolve these issues. What should I do to fix the "Press Fire" error, and why is the battery life so poor? Please provide a solution or replacement.
