I was having a great time playing Valorant until my newly formed account was permanently banned. I don't own a computer, so I played anytime I could visit an internet cafe or borrow one from a buddy. I loved the game so much that, despite having never spent money on a game before, I purchased skins and a battle pass for Valorant.
Naturally, I was really offended by the prohibition. I questioned a friend who knows the game, and he indicated I was probably banned for cheating. I don't even know how to cheat, so I had no idea how this could happen. I assumed it was a mistake and contacted a buddy for help. He suggested we submit a ticket, which I had no idea what it was, but he said it was similar to a request for assistance. However, he said the ticket was refused.
Being permanently banned in this manner has absolutely eliminated my motivation to establish a new account and play the game. I've been feeling low for days, and all I want to do is play on my own account again. Riot Games, please help me get my account back. I've attached screenshots from my account taken by a friend.
