Valorant Account Permanently Banned Due to Unfair Device Restriction

I attempted to log into my own Valorant account, only to be met with a device access restriction error. Apparently, my friend had previously used my computer and got banned for cheating, but I had no idea this had happened. Now, without having used any cheats myself, I find that my account has been permanently banned just for logging in from the same device.

I then tried accessing my account from an internet café, only to see that it had been permanently locked. How is this fair? Does Riot ban innocent players just because their device was previously used by someone who cheated? I have spent over ₺30,000 on this account, and now it’s gone for a reason beyond my control.

I have sent multiple support tickets to Riot, yet no response. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I demand an immediate review of my case and my account reinstated, as I have never violated any rules. Riot needs to address this issue and stop punishing innocent players.
