Unfair Ban on Valorant Turkey Account Despite No Cheats Used

My Valorant account with the username Remember me#down was unfairly banned on the Turkey server about 4–5 days ago. I believe the system may have mistakenly flagged some pirated game files on my computer as third-party software, but I have never used cheats. The only external program I used was Raw Accel for mouse acceleration, and if this software is prohibited, I am willing to stop using it. I only want my account reinstated. I contacted the Riot Games support team, but they did not provide any help. I have spent approximately ₺10,000 on this account, and being banned without justification has left me at a great loss. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed again and that the ban be lifted. I expect an urgent resolution to this issue.
