I Can't Access My Valorant Account Despite Correct Password and No Recovery Email
On April 26, 2024, I logged into my Valorant account and played the game without any issues. However, later that evening, when I tried to log in again, I was unable to access my account. Even though I entered my password correctly, it kept showing an error.
I attempted to reset my password using the “Forgot Password” button on the Riot support page. It stated that if my information was correct, I would receive an email — but no email ever arrived. I then tried the account recovery process by filling out all required information. I even received a confirmation message (photo attached) saying the issue was resolved.
However, I have not received any follow-up emails from Riot Games. I want to emphasize that my account password is only known to me, and I have never shared it with anyone.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially when I have followed every step carefully and yet am left without access. I kindly request immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please prioritize my case and restore access to my account as soon as possible. Thank you.
