Bought Valorant VP Code, Got “Code Invalid” Message

10Two days ago, I purchased a Valorant VP code from HesapEpi for ₺550, paying via Papara (Order No: 63612). The code was delivered to me, but when I tried to redeem it, I received an error message saying “Invalid code.”
My Valorant account has no restrictions or regional issues, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such a problem. I contacted HesapEpi customer support, but I haven’t received any response yet.
I’m requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that a valid VP code be sent to me immediately.
