Hello. I recently purchased a Valorant VP code for ₺214 — this was my first time buying VP. However, when I tried to redeem the code, I received an error message stating: “The code cannot be processed in your country.” This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
I specifically bought the code intending to purchase the battle pass, and now I can’t even use it. I tried reaching out to support via the WhatsApp number listed, but it says the number is unavailable or not in use. There's no clear way to get help, and I feel like I’ve been left completely alone after spending my money.
Riot Games or the platform that sold this code needs to provide a working replacement code, a refund, or direct support. This is not how a trusted game service should treat its players. Please resolve this issue urgently.
