VakıfBank Rejects My BRSA Overdraft Account Restructuring
Although I am a VakıfBank salary customer, I wanted to restructure my Overdraft Account (KMH) debt at VakıfBank within the scope of BRSA regulations. For about a month, despite applying to different branches and submitting multiple requests with my customer information number 9274311, my restructuring request has been rejected on the grounds that “there is no delay in interest payments” since the interest is deducted immediately when my salary is deposited. I also contacted VakıfBank customer service but received a negative response. The bank is not allowing me to benefit from the regulations in my favor, and my grievance is not being resolved. I request that my KMH debt of approximately ₺1,300,000 be restructured in accordance with BRSA regulations.
