Urban Care Shampoo for Color-Treated Hair Irritated My Scalp and Caused Flakiness

November 14, 2024 11:07 AM745

Hoping their shampoo and conditioner for color-treated hair will maintain my hair vivid and healthy, I decided to give Urban Care another go. Expecting it to be mild, I ordered the advised set for preserving colour and hydration. But after only one week of using both creams, I found my scalp growing more sensitive. It began with moderate irritation but later became red and flaky. My scalp now hurts and is sensitive, almost raw, and I have even had to apply calming lotions to help with the discomfort. I am discontinuing use right now and regretting trusting this product once more. The formula Urban Care uses disappoints me as I never had problems with other brands.
