Severe Reaction From Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, Burning Sensation on Skin

I purchased the Sebamed Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, and it has completely ruined my experience. My face, neck, and ears are burning intensely, something I’ve never experienced with any other brand, from the most expensive to the cheapest shampoos. I used to trust the brand, but now I’m deeply disappointed. What are you putting in this shampoo? My scalp is also burning, and it’s unbearable. My skin isn't even sensitive—I’ve used a variety of shampoos over the years, but this is the first time I've encountered such a severe reaction. I do not forgive this, nor do I feel my money or trust was well spent. It feels like you’re playing with people’s health, and this is unacceptable.
