UPS Delivery Service Issues – No Tracking Updates, Poor Customer Support

UPS is by far the worst courier company I've dealt with. Their website is barely functional, offering no real information or updates on deliveries, and no option to adjust delivery dates. When I reached out to customer service for help, they just repeated the same incomplete details from the website and provided no assistance. One time, the driver came while I was out, so I requested re-delivery for the next day, only to be told it wouldn’t be attempted again—yet, strangely, they showed up the next day after all. This is a chaotic system with no reliability. UPS, focus on building a proper, organized platform before claiming to offer dependable service. Never again 👎🏻
