UPS Customer Service and Transport Service Makes It Impossible to Get a Parcel
Hey there, I ordered a TV through an app. I live in Karaman, and the company I ordered from is based in Konya. I placed the order on November 24th, and the seller sent the package to the courier on Saturday morning, November 25th. I even got a message saying the package was on its way the same day. But, UPS, oh boy! It took them a whopping 6 days to get the package from Konya to Karaman. Every time we called, it was a different excuse. They said it would be delivered on Wednesday, and when we called on Wednesday, they claimed it was the wrong info. They tossed it to Thursday or Friday, and when we called on Friday, it was just another excuse. Meanwhile, the package was still on the road. It's only 150 km, and it took a whole week for a package to cover that distance. To make it worse, UPS doesn't even have a phone in Karaman for us to talk to them. In the end, we had to go ourselves on Friday evening to pick up our package. When we mentioned filing a complaint, they brushed it off like it was no big deal. I've never seen a company act like this. Seriously, folks, don't feed these companies your money.
