Union Bank Money Deducted But BDG Balance Not Updated

Too much of my money has been deducted. Please refund my money back to my Union Bank of India account.
On March 27, 2026, money was deducted from my account for the BDG game, but it has not been credited to my game account.
It has been more than 48 hours, and the amount has still neither been added to the game nor refunded to my bank account. The money has been deducted, but I have not received it anywhere.
Please refund my money to my Union Bank of India account as soon as possible.
