BC Casino Deposit Fails After Easypaisa Deduction

On January 20, 2026, at approximately 10:32 AM, I made a deposit of PKR 3000 through Easypaisa using the Swift Collect System for an online gaming transaction to my BC Casino account. Although the amount was successfully deducted from my Easypaisa account, the transaction through the Swift Collect System failed, and the funds were not credited to my BC Casino account.

I have transaction reference details and screenshots/receipts related to this payment, which I can provide if required. So far, I have not been able to resolve this issue, and I had not contacted customer support prior to submitting this complaint.

I am requesting that my PKR 3000 deposit either be promptly and correctly credited to my BC Casino account as intended, or—if that is not possible—that the amount be refunded to my Easypaisa account as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this failed transaction be reviewed and that I be informed of the outcome.
