I purchased a pair of sweatpants and a sweater from the Under Armour store at Bursa Korupark Mall approximately 1.5 years ago. Although the sweater began pilling within a short time, I didn't take it in for inspection back then. As for the sweatpants I bought during that same period, since their color changed, I took the product to the store; following the inspection, I was told there was no problem with the products, and no action was taken.
About 6 months ago, I again purchased an Under Armour brand Unstoppable Fleece Jogger sweatpants and another sweater, this time from the Under Armour store inside Bursa Korupark Boyner. I experienced the same color-change and pilling problems with these products as well, and this time a return was processed. The fact that I was told there was no problem after inspection despite experiencing a similar issue during my previous purchase, and that the same problem has now recurred, has seriously shaken my trust in the Under Armour brand. It's genuinely upsetting that products we choose specifically for the brand name and pay high prices for end up deforming like this in such a short time.
Due to these recurring problems I've experienced, I am requesting an exchange or refund for my products that have changed color and become deformed. So that other customers don't experience these same problems, I expect product quality control to be carried out more carefully, and for the inspection process to be conducted consistently, transparently, and in the customer's favor.
