Under Armour Delivered My Order Wet Crushed and Opened

On 04.09.2025, I ordered the Men’s UA Performance Cotton 3 Boxerjock 3-Pack (#2247247149812767) from the Under Armour app, and it was delivered to my home address in Akşehir, Konya with the box completely wet, crushed, and opened. The boxer packages inside were also open and deformed. Although the boxers themselves did not appear damaged, they were also wet. After receiving the product, I waited 9 days for the return button in the app to become active, but since the weekend intervened, I could not proceed. On 09.09.2025, I called customer service to report the issue and explained that I was unable to make a return through the app. However, the process was unnecessarily prolonged, and I was asked to send photos via email. I found this approach humiliating and cannot accept that a major brand like Under Armour treats its customers this way. I paid ₺4980 for this product and absolutely demand a full refund as well as an apology. Due to this negative experience, I want to state that I will not choose this brand again.
