On September 4, 2025, I ordered a Men’s UA Performance Cotton 3 Boxerjock (3-pack) from the Under Armour app (Order #2247247149812767), to be delivered to my home address in Akşehir, Konya. However, when the package arrived, the outer box was completely wet, crushed, and opened. The boxer boxes inside were also open and deformed, and although the boxers themselves didn’t appear damaged, they were wet as well.
After receiving the product, I waited nine days for the return button to activate in the app, but since the weekend intervened, I couldn’t start the return process in time. On September 9, 2025, I contacted customer service to report the issue and explained that I couldn’t initiate the return through the app. Instead of resolving the problem quickly, they dragged the process out unnecessarily and asked me to send photos via email. I found this request humiliating and completely unacceptable from a brand like Under Armour.
I paid ₺4,980 for this order and I demand a full refund along with a formal apology for this unpleasant experience. After this incident, I will no longer be purchasing from Under Armour.
