On July 21, 2025, I ordered a pair of UA Charged Assert 10 running shoes directly from UnderArmour.com.tr, expecting a brand-new product as advertised. The shoes were delivered quickly—within two days—but to my disappointment, they were clearly used and worn. The soles were dirty and dusty, and the shoes showed visible signs of being tried on or even worn outdoors.

This is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new. If there is even a slight chance that the company sends out returned or previously tried-on items, it should be clearly disclosed on the website. Customers have the right to know if they’re taking a risk when expecting an unworn product.

Now I’m forced to go through the hassle of returning a product I didn’t ask for, which wastes my time and energy. I will be initiating a return, but I urge Under Armour to be transparent about its fulfillment practices moving forward. No one should receive used gear when paying full price for new. I expect an apology and a full refund, and I will reconsider future purchases based on how this is handled.
