Ubisoft Banned My Account Unfairly for Third-Party Software I Never Used

I was banned from Growtopia without doing anything wrong. The reason given was using third-party software, which I have never heard of and never used in my life. If I had used such software, I would have accepted the ban and moved on. However, it deeply upsets me that my account, where I have 60 DL and invested so much time and effort, was banned for no reason. I have always followed the game’s rules and played fairly. I kindly request that my account be unbanned. You are welcome to examine everything in my account, and you will not find any evidence of third-party program usage.
