My Ubisoft Account Was Hacked - No Way to Recover

My Ubisoft account, worth approximately ₺20,000 and years of effort, has been compromised. I haven't received any password reset emails or other account recovery information; it appears that all of my information has changed. I cannot contact customer service. To contact them, I'd need to log into the system, which is currently impossible. I can create a new account using the same email address, but this effectively means that all of my hard work and investment has been stolen. There is no accessible point of contact where I can seek assistance. I'm devastated by the situation.
