Hacked Email and Stolen Passwords - Ubisoft Support's Lack of Response
On May 19th, my email was stolen, and along with it, malicious actors gained access to my Ubisoft account using registered passwords. Despite attempting to contact Ubisoft support, it has been almost 5 days, and there has been no response. It seems like the support team is either ineffective or severely understaffed. It's truly surprising to witness such a catastrophic and dreadful operation from a company of this size and reputation. Instead of wasting money on this support team, invest in creating better games. Since the support team seems ineffective, perhaps your games could be better. Regards.
