Payment Issues and Poor Customer Support on Twitch
I’ve never seen such an incompetent platform. I tried to buy bits on Twitch, a site I’m subscribed to daily. They took the money but didn’t give me the bits. When I emailed support, they responded with a ridiculous message saying my balance was insufficient, despite me sending proof of the transaction. They keep repeating the same thing, ignoring the evidence. I strongly advise against subscribing or spending money on Twitch. If you want to support a streamer, do it directly through your bank—don’t let these people profit. It’s absurd that they can’t even differentiate between Papara and PayPal.
