I purchased a ticket on August 23 and have been unable to check in ever since. I contacted Turna.com, and they said there was no issue, explaining that since it’s a charter flight, the PNR doesn't work. I've been flying for years, and this is the first time I've heard something like this. Today is September 7, and I've just found out that I’m a standby passenger. The flight is overbooked, and it’s likely I won’t be able to board. What’s worse is that Turna didn’t even inform me about this issue. I’ve never encountered such poor service in my life. If necessary, I’d recommend paying an extra ₺5,000 and booking through another provider. I’ll keep updating on this matter.
