Issues with Turkish Airlines Cabin Experience
Hello, during the flight, to balance the plane during takeoff and landing, I was moved to the back even though I was seated at the front. They made me unbuckle my seatbelt while the plane was descending to do this. The plane was very old. It was a frightening experience. This happened on the Paris to Istanbul flight. On May 5th, while returning from Cappadocia, the weather was great. They said the weather conditions were bad, and the wheels did not open; we ascended again and circled twice. I had booked with Anadolu Jet for both flights. It switched to A Jet at the last moment. I trusted THY, but it turns out A Jet was sold to Lithuanian Airlines. If I had known, I wouldn't have flown. We flew with a plane and crew that did not belong to THY. It was very strange that we were not informed about this. The crew was inexperienced. On the THY flight, there were complimentary services, but on A Jet, everything was for a fee, and I paid the same amount for both tickets. Doing this without informing us and causing such fear on a 3.5-hour flight is unacceptable. I did not expect this from THY.
