I loaded ₺400 into my account to cover both the package fee and airtime usage charges. However, the package didn't activate, leaving my funds depleted without the package benefits. Despite completing the online package loading process, my transaction remained incomplete, resulting in the loss of my funds. This issue has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. give me a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused by this error. you got to do sth to ensure that such discrepancies do not occur in the future.
