Türk Telekom Internet Not Working

I have been experiencing serious problems with my Turk Telekom home internet in Istanbul Eyüpsultan for about two years. The connection frequently disconnects and there are periods when I stay completely without internet for days, sometimes even close to a month, although my bills are always paid regularly. At the moment I am again without internet for the third day in a row. Yesterday I called customer service and was told that they saw what the issue was and that it would be fixed within 5 hours. Now almost 20 hours passed and nothing has been fixed. When I call 444 1 444, I wait on the line for more than 10 minutes listening to the music on hold, but no one answers. This same pattern has repeated many times in the past two years; they say the problem is known and will be fixed “tomorrow”, but the interruptions keep continuing. Previously a technician came to my address, but the visit did not solve the problem and the same disconnections and outages continued afterward. My customer number is 7040558***. I request that my home internet connection be permanently fixed without any further delay so that I can finally use the service I am paying for. This will in any case be the last period I use Turk Telekom services at this address, but until I move out, I expect a stable and uninterrupted internet connection.
