Turk Telekom Internet Keeps Disconnecting Despite Repeated Complaints

I use Turk Telekom’s 12 Mbps unlimited home internet service. Since September 2025, I have been experiencing constant disconnections and connection problems. For nearly three months, I continued paying my bills even though I could barely use the internet at all. Despite submitting multiple complaints, no one properly addressed the issue. The technical teams that came to my home said the problem was fixed and then left, but I experienced the same issues again later that same day.

Throughout this process, I deeply regret having home internet installed. It has seriously affected my mental well-being—having home internet became a source of stress instead of convenience. I was forced to pay for a service that I was practically unable to use for three months and was clearly treated unfairly. My customer number is 8861807853. I request that a competent technical team be sent to my home to permanently resolve the connection and disconnection issues, and that my financial loss be compensated through a refund or bill credits for the period since September 2025 when I was unable to properly use the service.
