Turkcell Has No Signal In My Area And Ignores Ongoing Coverage Issue

I have been experiencing a serious signal problem with my Turkcell mobile line for about 2 months in İstanbul, Silivri. At my workplace the phone is as if it is switched off, it does not work at all because there is no signal. At home I usually get only one bar and most of the time I cannot even use the internet because there is no proper network coverage. Despite this, when I contacted Turkcell customer service and reported the issue, I was told that there was “no problem” seen on the system. However, my line is almost unusable both at work and at home due to lack of signal, and this situation has been ongoing for a long time. I request that the network coverage in my area be technically checked on site and that the signal problem be permanently resolved as soon as possible so that I can use the service I am paying for in a healthy way.

No, there is absolutely no response and no solution anyway. This is announced to anyone thinking of switching to Turkcell—stay away, you'll be very sorry.

My Turkcell network issue has been ongoing for about two months; my phone is completely dead at work, I can't make calls or receive incoming calls. I have called many times but received no solution or response, and I have been affected by the lack of regional coverage.
